Fields you use when describing your form and most are optional.
text fields (where you expect text reponses like adresses) can be requred. [text] <name>
(text fields can be named differently to serperate them when you recieve the email)
email fields (where you expect an email response) can be required. [email]
(email fields are usually singular as you may need that for contacting a client)
url fields (where you expect a web site response) can be required. [url]
(url fields are usually singular as that can show you their web site)
phone fields (where you expect a phone number) can be required. [phone]
(url fields are usually singular as you may need to call the client on the phone)
number fields (where you expect a number response) can be required. [number] <name>
(number fields are usually singular but are not often used unless phone numbers are complex)
date fields (where you expect a date to be the response) can be required. [date]
(date fields are usually singular and allow direct dates or use the calendar )
text area (an area from where you expect a block of text) can be required. [text_block]
(text area fields are usually singular and similar to where you describe your form)
drop down menu (were you expect a selection from a drop down menu) [menu]
(a dropdown menu is usually a singular list of options with only one on display)
checkboxes (where you want someone to chose one or all options) [boxes]
(checkboxes allow for one or all choices as it only required a tick in the squares to chose options )
buttons (where you want somone to choose only one option) [buttons]
(buttons display all options yet only one can be selected as an option on your form )
file (if you want someone to upload media (attached to your email))[file]
(files can be audio/video/image and will show up on your email as attachments )
